Headquartered in a suburb of Trenton, our office is easily accessible to major highways including the New Jersey Turnpike, I-95, as well as the Philadelphia International Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport.

AAI offers a suburban headquarters office location with all the professional advantages you’d expect from a state-of-the-art facility:

  • Respond to all requests for information and materials; refer questions to Board members as appropriate
  • Telephone answering service on a dedicated line with lines being answered personally by AAI employees from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Individual client email addresses and fax capability.
  • Individual voice mailboxes available when the AAI office is closed.
  • The latest and most efficient office equipment including a networked computer system, high-speed copying machines, and mailing equipment.
  • Electronic cost allocation systems to ensure accuracy in client billing.
  • All necessary personnel to ensure that clients have the required resources at any given time, including benefits and related expenses.
  • Ample complimentary parking.
  • A professional, well-appointed conference room for meetings of up to 20 with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment for presentations
  • AAI utilizes a climate-controlled storage facility, offering 24-hour video surveillance
  • Maintain current and historical client records including database, Web site and physical materials or records
  • Maintain and update Chapter stationery, letterhead, forms, marketing materials, supplies, etc.
  • Manage the client member database and work to maintain the accuracy and completeness of that database. The database remains the property of the client
  • Prepare and distribute reports including, but not limited to, Board agendas, meetings minutes, cost and attendance records associated with meetings, programs, seminars, etc., financial statements and AAI time reports
  • AAI maintains a cloud-based back up system updated daily of all computerized records, including but not limited to, word documents, database and financial records. AAI shall maintain such backup so as to ensure the integrity of the records in case of accident, natural disaster or any other event that could result in damage to or destruction of records
  • In the event of a change of Management Company, AAI will affect a timely transfer of all records and database records within 15 days of the completion of the contract provided that any undisputed outstanding charges have been paid. All records, historical and current, are the property of the client
