Financial management

AAI provides many of its clients with management of checking, savings and investment accounts. A team of outside investment counselors and accountants, combined with in-house personnel, help to maximize investment dollars. Audits are conducted as prescribed, and budget development and monitoring is provided. Stringent financial controls protect our clients’ assets at every step. Our conference management experience includes the management of four-day CME credit meetings, as well as other multi-day conferences at locations inside and outside the United States. AAI's staff of experienced professionals provides scheduling, site selection, pre-registration, on-site registration and related services, including on-line registration. Public relations, communications and promotion

Media and constituency relations services are provided by a staff overseen by Debbie Hart, who is accredited in public relations by the Public Relations Society of America. Regulatory and legislative opinion has been measurably swayed based on our media and constituency relations efforts. AAI has waged effective media campaigns on behalf of clients' government affairs issues, as well as for fund-raising events. We have had regular press placements in a wide variety of trade and consumer publications internationally. Several pieces have been recognized with design awards by the New Jersey Society of Association Executives, Association Trends and Communications Concepts. AAI also provides web site development and management, as well as newsletter and brochure development.

Publications management and creative services

Skilled design and creative professionals provide the support necessary to conceive, plan and produce a full range of communications, marketing and promotional materials. AAI works closely with client associations to assess individual needs, develop strategic communications plans and execute materials that range from recruitment brochures to event publications, from exhibit panels to web sites.
