Headquarters Service
This service affords our clients a suburban Headquarters office
location with telephone answering services; a conference room for
meetings with ample parking; state-of-the-art office equipment
including e-mail, wireless network, a networked computer system, fax machines,
high-speed copying and mailing equipment; electronic cost allocation
systems; and all necessary personnel, including benefits and related
expenses.
Financial Management
Management of checking, savings and investment accounts is currently
conducted on behalf of our clients. Our team of outside
investment counselors and accountants, combined with in-house
personnel, facilitate their financial solvency. Audits are conducted
as prescribed and budget development and monitoring are provided.
Membership Recruitment and Retention
Membership is the backbone of any association. Recruitment and
retention are difficult challenges which associations face each and
every day. Our staff is skilled in recruiting and retaining members
and has successfully developed and conducted satisfaction surveys,
as well as telemarketing and other membership campaigns. Because it
is membership benefits that ensure that members come back each year,
we work with our clients to be sure that what they offer meets the
needs of the professionals in their respective industries.
Lobbying and Government Affairs
Through our partnership with the Princeton Public Affairs Group,
our clients can enjoy the lobbying and government relations
expertise at the local, state and federal levels of the largest and
most prestigious lobbying firm in New Jersey. Bill tracking,
regulatory monitoring, advocacy and strategy assistance is
available. Or we will work with the lobbyist of your choice...you
decide.
Newsletter and Brochure Development
From four-page, one-color documents to full-color capabilities;
from two-page broadcast fax "Members Only" notices to 32-page,
2-color newsletters and e-letters, we have written, edited, typeset, designed and
overseen production of a wide variety of communications pieces. Well
established relationships with printers and related service
providers ensure our clients reliable production and competitive
pricing.
Public Relations and Communications
Media and constituency relations services are provided by a staff
accredited in public relations by the Public Relations Society of
America. Effective media campaigns have been waged on behalf of
clients' government affairs issues, and successful fundraising
events have been planned and executed. We have placed
stories about our clients in a wide variety of trade and consumer
media outlets local as well as internationally. Regulatory and legislative opinion
has been measurably swayed based on our media and constituency
relations efforts.
Trade Show, Conference, Meeting and Special
Events Planning
An experienced trade show, conference
and meeting planning team orchestrates all types of events including
membership and board meetings, trade shows, seminars, conferences,
golf outings, dinner dances, and other special events ranging in
size from 6 to 6,000. Our conference management experience includes
the management of four-day CME credit meetings in Nassau, Bahamas,
as well as other multi-day conferences at locations around the
country. Scheduling, site selection, pre-registration, on-site
registration, and related services are provided by a staff of
experienced professionals translating into well executed meetings
where attendees can focus on the business at hand. On-line meeting
registration is offered.
Certification
Management
Our staff is experienced in managing,
tracking and maintaining a variety of continuing education programs
and corresponding credits. Staff members develop accredited
educational programs, maintain records and assist members in
securing valuable certification credits.
Web Site Development and Management
Development and management of client web sites is an important
area of our business. We work with clients from concept to
completion and ongoing maintenance of their sites.
