Association Associates, Inc.
("AAI"), The Partner That Leads ™, was established in
1992 to provide association management and related
services to trade and professional associations.
Incorporated in the State of New Jersey, the firm is
headquartered in Trenton, which is easily accessible to
major highways including the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes
1, 29, 95, 195 and 295 as well as the Philadelphia and
Newark International Airports. Our team is a highly skilled group of individuals who
possess an inborn sense of how to help
people and, even more importantly, the desire
to do so.
This team of nearly 30 provides
management, meeting planning, financial and other
services to a varied list of association clients. These
clients constitute a mix of 501 (c) 3 and 501 (c) 6,
trade, professional charitable, regional, state,
national and international members.
Our goal is to be The Partner That Leads ™ and to provide top quality,
highly personalized services to our clients, while at
the same time, streamlining operations, thereby cutting
client costs, through the use of technology.
AAI's Accreditation
AAI has been reaccredited by both organizations. AAI received the AMC Institute
(AMCI) Accreditation, one of only 7 in the world at the time, on
January 30, 2003. AAI was also named an ASAE-Charter
Accredited Association Management Company at the American
Society of Association Executives Conference on August 6,
2001, an honor bestowed on fewer than 30 companies around the
world.
This tremendous recognition means that AAI has undergone a
rigorous review process by both AMCI and ASAE to ensure that
we are delivering the highest level of professionalism
possible to our clients and that our clients are managed
with integrity and excellence.
